In 2022, the Global Survivors Fund (GSF) assessed the extent of the damage faced by survivors of sexual violence and the reparations and remedies available to them. The investigation concluded that there is an urgent need for reparations, leading the GSF to collaborate with the Ukrainian government and other organizations to provide interim reparations to survivors in 2023.
